It came from my sister. She made it with her own two hands! It’s her first quilt. And she says, at the rate she quilts, possibly the last. 🙂 Isn’t it fabulous?! She got her thank you postcard yesterday, so now I can post it here.
I’m up early this morning. Camryn slept until 5:30 (not bad considering her last real feeding was at 7:15 and she pretty much went straight to bed! I *tried* to wake her up at 10:30 with only moderate success…) At some point, it just makes more sense to stay awake in the morning rather than go back to bed. I feel worse when I just get back into that deep sleep and then the alarm (aka Connor) goes off. I think I’ll make some muffins for the fam this morning, make myself some coffee, and do my bible study (ladies bible study started up again on Tuesday).

Trying to decide which I like better, the quilt, the card or the adorable little girl in the picture? OK, I decided that I “heart” them all! Sorry I haven’t been a good commenter. I’ve been here lurking all along. I loved your post about the “bad” day. Thank you for your honesty. I have been there and not just once! Anybody who says they haven’t probably isn’t telling the truth.
We’re not going to buy the house. It’s on a really busy street. I just think it’s really cute and its cuteness makes me happy…does that make any sense? 🙂
